At the gates of Morvan, in a quiet area with a beautiful view, come and stay in an eco-responsible gîte. On the ground floor, a large living room with open kitchen and relaxation area with wood stove, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160x190 and another small adjoining bedroom with 1 bed 80x190, a bathroom with large shower and separate toilet. Upstairs, a large bedroom with 1 bunk bed (lower 1 bed 140x190 and upper bed for 1 person) and another relaxation area with TV. High chair and baby bed available as well as changing table, deckchair, bottle warmer.
Games available: ping-pong table, molki, carrom, cards, .... Adjoining barn containing the washing machine and allowing you to store your bikes. Ideally located to discover the Nivernais canal (on foot, by bike or by boat) within a radius of 30km around the cottage you will enjoy a landscape of forests and groves, emblematic places such as the basilica of Vézelay, the 16 locks of Sardy-les-Epiry, the castle of Bazoches, the ponds of Baye and Vaux for swimming, fishing and water activities. Between festivals, flea markets, and swimming, you can relax in the shade of the lime tree in the enclosed garden of 120m² in front of the house while having a barbecue.

Everything is included (bed linen, towels, kitchen linen, wood heating and electricity (up to 12kw/day)).
