The chalet, spread over two levels, harmoniously combines natural materials and contemporary design. The ground floor consists of a large living room where the lounge, equipped with comfortable leather sofas, faces a convivial dining room. This room is decorated with a large central stove that warms the atmosphere. Direct access to a spacious 35 m² terrace offers a spectacular view of the Lac du Crescent, ideal for outdoor meals and starry evenings.
The open kitchen is perfectly equipped to satisfy gourmets, with a central block, a large cooking range, and polished concrete worktops. On the same level, a bedroom accommodates two people in an intimate setting and has a bathroom with a waxed concrete Italian shower and toilet.
The upper floor, accessible via an elegant gallery overlooking the living room, includes three cozy bedrooms: an open bedroom with a double bed (160x200), and two other bedrooms, one with a double bed (140x190) and the other with two single beds (90x190). Two extra beds and a baby bed are also available to comfortably accommodate up to 10 people.

Located near the Maison du Parc Naturel Régional du Morvan in St Brisson, and not far from large lakes such as Chaumeçon, Pannecière, and Les Settons, the chalet is an ideal starting point for water activities and hiking.
