On the site of a 15th century mill on the banks of the Arnon, housed in an old 18th century farmhouse, independent gîte with large private unfenced grounds (direct access to the river), near the owners' house - Possibility of fishing in the river with a card available at the town hall or tourist office - Private parking, possibility of garage for motorcycles. It has on the ground floor a large living room, on the first level a fitted kitchen, a shower room, separate toilet - On the second level, 3 adjoining bedrooms: 2 with 1 160 bed and 1 with 2 90 beds.
Prices include beds made on arrival, oil central heating - Towels and cleaning for individuals optional - Cleaning fee of €80 to be paid in addition.
Baby bed and high chair available - Wifi - The owners accept animals, in harmony with the 2 dogs in the house.
