A beautiful stone house adjoining the owners' house. On the ground floor, you will have access to a living room including the fully equipped kitchen and dining room with a fridge-freezer, a gas piano, an electric oven, a hood, a microwave, a classic coffee maker and espresso, dishwasher. A living room with a sofa, television and Wifi. A bathroom with a walk-in shower, WC and washing machine. Upstairs, you will enjoy 2 bedrooms with 1 160x190 bed each and 1 bedroom with 2 120x190 beds. A bathroom with standard shower with WC. Baby equipment on request: baby bed and high chair. Enjoy a relaxing vacation, between Angoulême and Périgueux. You can discover Brantôme "The Venice of Périgord", enjoy canoe trips on the Dronne to Bourdeilles (superb castle), visit the domed Romanesque churches of Ribéracois and enjoy bike, mountain bike or hiking trips (many departures from hiking). You will appreciate the private heated chlorine swimming pool, 10mx5m and 1m50 deep, secured by alarm and fence, open from May to September (weather permitting), located approximately 10m in front of the covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. At the back of the house, you can enjoy a shared enclosed garden with the owner who has a Bernese mountain dog and 3 cats. You can also go see the chickens and the rooster.
