Description of the accommodation

In the Châtillon region, on the borders of the Aube and the Côte d'Or, bordered on one side by the Crémant road and on the other by the Champagne vineyards, Marcenay is a quiet town located 10 km from Châtillon sur Seine. The comfortable gîte, on the raised ground floor, ideal for 8 people, is laid out as follows:

Spacious convivial space with modern and equipped kitchen / dining room. New household appliances and pantry separated by a sliding door. "Dolce-Gusto" coffee machine with pods. Living room with flat screen TV. A double bedroom with two 90x200cm beds (or 1 180x200cm bed). Shower room and WC.

Upstairs, 3 bedrooms (each with 2 90x200cm beds or 1 king size 180x200cm bed) including a master suite with shower room. Separate WC on landing.

Enclosed grounds. Possibility of parking on the property.

Restaurant in the village. Tree-lined pond (walking trails, fishing)

All-inclusive cottage (charges, beds made on arrival, bath linen and end-of-stay cleaning)

Pets accepted with a supplement of €100 per stay and a deposit of €500 (to be paid on site).
