Description of the accommodation

Charming 60m2 apartment, recently renovated, offering accommodation for 2 people.

It has private parking, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

Distributed in living room with integrated kitchen fully equipped with vitro-ceramic plate, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and refrigerator; Flat screen smart TV, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower.

The apartment has a nice little balcony and the building has a communal patio and garden.

Expo apartment Golden Mile is located in the Centro Expo building located on Marbella's Golden Mile, in front of the Marbella Club Hotel, 5 km from the bus station and the historic center of Marbella and 6 km from Puerto Banús.

On foot, 5 minutes away, you can access the promenade and the beach, where the famous and exclusive Trocadero Beach, Marbella Club, La Milla and Capuccino are located. Along the promenade you can walk or bike to Puerto Banús and Marbella.

Malaga airport is 56 km away and Maria Zambrano train station 60 km away.

The Apartment was a great success. All amenities as described. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, and the Aircon extremely efficient and easy to operate. No complaints at all, I would just say the taxi driver had a little difficulty in finding it.

Such a great apartment. The location is perfect literally opposite the Marbella Club. The flat is stylishly decorated and full of homely details. The check in was easy and the member of staff warm and welcoming. I will definitely consider returning.
