The terrace is partly covered and can be closed off with glass panels to enjoy longer stays during winter time. The complex provides a great indoor SPA area (fitness and heated pool). The urbanization provides fantastic facilities as a rooftop, super-sized Jacuzzi, a great communal pool area, two saunas one for ladies and one for gentlemen an indoor pool and a 90 m2 gymnasium completely equipped with the latest in gym machines. This very spacious penthouse contains 3 bedrooms (all with double beds) and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has its own terrace and en suite bathroom with double sink, shower, bathtub, toilet and bidet and the other 2 bedrooms have one bathroom to share with shower, single sink and toilet. All bedrooms have large build in closets. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and internet is provided.
