Señorio de Gonzaga is a well maintained high standard complex and it’s a quiet family oriented community where to come and relax and enjoy the surroundings. It is not suitable for guests that is looking for party, it is a beautiful and peaceful place where all guest are to respect the neighbours and nearby houses. Parties are not allowed or play music or making noises at inappropriate volumes and the quiet hours from 23.00-09.00

But for the relaxed guest that want to reserve this charming apartment in the gated complex Señorio de Gonzaga, Nueva Andalucia. This 2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom apartment is located only a 10 minutes drive from the famous Puerto Banus and the popular beaches of Marbella. The complex has 3 communal pools and parking in front of the houses.

The apartment is south facing and from its sunny terrace there is a great view towards the sea, and overlooking the pool and garden area. The complex is close to Los Naranjos, Aloha Golf and Las Brisas golf course.

Guests have one private parking space within the complex.

Not ideal for guests with reduced mobility as there is one staircase to access the apartment.
