Ascend the staircase on the terrace to reach the rooftop terrace, offering a fantastic lounge area and 4 sunbeds for soaking up the sun. Please note that there is some noise from the nearby main road on the top terrace.

The apartment includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom features a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and a single sink. The second bedroom has a double bed, while the third bedroom has 2 single beds, and they share a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and a single sink.

The gated communal pool is easily accessible from the street within the urbanization. Additionally, the exclusive beach club of Villa Padierna is nearby, known for its high-end standards.
