On one side is the Plaza de la Merced and the Cervantes Theater and on the other the popular Lagunillas neighborhood, one of those that most jealously preserves its identity in the Central District. The studio is ideal if you want to live in the center of Málaga, with everything close.









–How to move:







You can walk to the monuments and museums of the city and enjoy the most cheerful streets of the center, but you will not have trouble sleeping, being in a quiet street, in a building with only a few neighbors. The area has good communication with the urban bus and it is more accessible by car than other parts of the center.

PETS: Pets are welcome, the owners will be responsible for the welfare of the animal and the damages that they may cause. The rules of the house and the community of owners must be taken into account. € 20 will be charged on arrival for cleaning for each dog. We can provide a bed and trough-drinker, upon request.
