You enter via a private terrace with parasol without any vis-à-vis. The 40m² living room adopts a very contemporary modern and industrial style. It is composed of a fitted and equipped kitchen open to the living room and the dining area. The convertible sofa can be used as a bed for 2 people (140cm).

Going down 3 steps, you access the night area:

- A first bedroom with a 160x200cm bed
- A second bedroom with 2 beds of 90 x 190 cm (can be assembled or separated according to requests). This room gives access to a mezzanine with a 140x190cm bed. You will reach this additional space by a miller's ladder (sloping ceiling on both sides with a height of 2 meters at the highest point).

Both bedrooms have a large storage unit (wardrobes and numerous shelves), a small desk and a door leading outside with a shutter.

Outside, on the south-west side, you will enjoy a large covered terrace of 17m² with garden furniture, barbecue and a lawned area of 50m². The owners give you access to the swimming pool located in front of their house to share with the caravan.
