Located on a 5000 m² park planted with century-old oaks, the Pédelay cottage, a former sheepfold converted on one level with a swimming pool, offers you all the comfort of today in all seasons. For your cool evenings, light a fire in the fireplace for a warm atmosphere. Breathe in the fresh air; lovely walks on the forest paths await you, take the little train to Sabres to discover our traditions via the Marquèze site or simply let yourself be tempted by the local gastronomy. A peaceful place, in a cocooning cottage that has preserved its beautiful local architecture. This renovated sheepfold is laid out on one level:
Living room with kitchen open to living room, 2 bedrooms (bed 160, and 2 beds 90x200),
shower room, toilet and storeroom.
Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, freezer, TV, DVD player, wifi internet (connection not always stable). Reversible air conditioning in living room, electric in other rooms. Open fireplace in living room. Sheets, towels and household linen provided. Baby equipment available. Covered terrace with garden furniture and plancha. Games for children: portico (slide, trapeze, swing, etc.), trampoline.
For your moments of relaxation, shared swimming pool owners (8x4 m - Progressive access on the small pool side by stairs - 1.70m on the large pool side. Alarm security system + cover) usable depending on the weather from June to September.

The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas burners). The excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
