With family or friends, come and stay in this beautiful renovated apartment, located in a large house, close to the center of Luxeuil, in a quiet area. There you will find an enclosed garden, with barbecue and lounge for your festive evenings.

In Haute-Saône, near the Vosges and the land of 1,000 ponds.

You can park in front of or in the garage located approximately 30 meters from the accommodation and accessible by the path leading to the gîte or in the street without problem. 2 double bedrooms located on the ground floor with a 140x190 cm bed in each.
A bathroom with bathtub. A laundry room with washing machine, a drying rack.
On the first floor the living room, the dining room and the kitchen, fully equipped for 6 people, dishwasher, baby equipment on request, form a large living space. Television, library and board games as well as a fiber connection to occupy your evenings.
On the second floor we discover a pretty bedroom with two 90x190 cm single beds, a small toilet area with sink.

Sheets are provided free of charge and beds made upon your arrival. Gas heating and electricity are included.

Optional: Cleaning fee: €45/stay (check requested upon entry, it will be returned to you upon exit if cleaning is done).
