Our cottage is a charming single-storey house, set in the sheepfold of an old agricultural estate of character dating from 1860 with its own dovecote from the 15th century. Large living room with television, DVD player, digital bluetooth radio with Spotify, wifi, open fitted kitchen with coffee maker and Nespresso machine, 1 large bedroom with 1 bed 160x200, duvet 220x240, a second large bedroom with 3 beds 90x200 (twinnable), duvets 150x200, bathroom with shower and double sink, separate toilet with washbasin. Baby equipment on request (free, bed, bath, deckchair, booster seat). Gas central heating at an additional cost. House located in a beautiful green countryside still preserved, with our flower garden of 1.2 hectares enclosed (garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol, barbecue, portico, sunny terrace, private parking), offering a magnificent panoramic view of a calm and hilly nature. In the center of Nivernais, at the gateway to historical and natural sites: Nevers, Vézelay, Guédelon, La Charité-sur-Loire, the Morvan Regional Park, the banks of the Loire and its vineyards: Sancerre, Pouilly. Very close to the leisure center of Baye where you can practice windsurfing and swimming, the Lac des Settons and the Canal du Nivernais. Not forgetting, the many woods and forests, hiking or horse riding (pony club). For lovers of quiet and sporty holidays...
