In Berry, on the Foulquetière leisure center, 20 minutes from the ZooParc de Beauval and close to all shops, this large house with a view of the lake, its private and enclosed garden, its optional 6-person spa and its very large living room is an ideal place for a stay in Indre or to meet up with friends or family.

The pluses: heating included in the price. Fully equipped cottage. Playground and swimming area 25 meters away and possibility of day fishing (€5) on site. The Bas-Berry train passes nearby. On the ground floor: beautiful entrance, large living room with dining room, lounge and fireplace and a fitted kitchen, separate toilet, bathroom with walk-in shower, a bedroom (3 90 cm beds or 1 180 cm bed and 1 90 cm bed), a bedroom with a bunk bed and a bedroom (1 140 cm bed), a laundry room, a veranda with the spa overlooking the lake. On the 1st floor: large landing room (1 90 cm bed and a sofa bed, 2 bedrooms (3 90 cm beds or 1 180 cm bed and 1 90 cm bed), and a bathroom with toilet.
