Upstairs with access by spiral staircase: 1 bedroom (1 bed of 180 or 2 x 90), 1 bedroom (1 bed of 160), mezzanine fitted out in the old attic with exposed beams (one of which is 1.40 m - access by miller's staircase) (1 bed of 160 or 2 x 80), WC. In fine weather, you will benefit from a pleasant garden with terrace and view of the bocage. You will have bicycles (5 adult bikes - one up to 12 years old and a small one for baby), outdoor games (rackets, balls, petanque balls) table football. Enclosed garden with terrace - garage - small chicken coop (it belongs to the owner and is adjoining the fence of the cottage) and the permaculture garden of the owner who will be happy to show it to you.
