Located in the heart of the St Pourçain sur Sioule vineyard, this rental is ideally located to discover our beautiful department. This independent chalet has a terrace of a semi-enclosed green space (1800m²), planted with cherry trees, walnut trees, forming a mini-forest where children can play while the older ones take a nap in the hammocks. Ground floor: Living room, American-style kitchen, fireplace, shower room (walk-in shower), separate toilet. Laundry room (washing machine). 1st floor: 2 bedrooms open onto a balcony. 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 1 single bed), 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 1 baby bed), Bathroom (bath/toilet). Mezzanine overlooking the relaxation room (2 single beds). Air conditioning on the mezzanine level. Electric heating at an additional cost. Access to the owner's swimming pool, above ground, available from 2 [hidden] to 6 [hidden] (from June to August: 7 m 30 in diameter; 1 m 20 deep). Moulins 35 km. Vichy, spa resort 28 km. The plus of the cottage: Sheets and towels provided. Wood for the fireplace and barbecue offered. First flight in a pendulum microlight: 50-minute flight at €90 and Complete Tour of the Vineyard (more than 1 hour) at €120 The microlight being by its definition: ultra-light motorized, the regulations impose a maximum weight for the passage, this is 90 kg maximum.
Flights will only take place in mild weather. Heating and electricity to be paid on site at the end of the stay.
