Functional gîte, set up in an independent house adjoining the owners' farm (about twenty Blondes d'Aquitaine cows + cereal and corn crops). Gîte for 4/6 people. Ground floor: - Equipped kitchen area (electric oven and microwave, 3 gas and 1 electric hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher), dining area
- Living room (wood stove, TV). WIFI connection.
- Shower room/WC. Pantry (washing machine, tumble dryer). Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (3 double beds), shower room/WC. Sheets provided, beds made on arrival.
Electric heating at an additional cost. 1st fire of wood offered for the stove.
Enclosed terrace, enclosed garden with trees and flowers, garden furniture. Barbecue. Gîte on the farm (working farm).

The price includes: - gas for cooking (if the kitchen works with this energy)
- water within the limit of reasonable consumption
- a fixed price of 8 kwh/day of electricity (except stays with negotiated monthly rate)
