Mar Holiday Home is a spacious apartment, ideal for families. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is only 5 minutes walk from the famous Playa de las Vistas, in Los Cristianos. It has two independent terraces, which provide hours of sun throughout the day. Located in a quiet residential complex, it has an excellent seawater pool, heated during the winter months, and a solarium equipped with sun loungers and parasols. The apartment is on the first floor. One of its two terraces, next to the living room and the first bedroom, overlook to the pool area. The cozy living room has a large flat screen TV with national and international channels, NETFLIX and free WIFI. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, Dolce gusto coffee machine, Italian classical coffee machine, electrical orange squeeze juices, fridge with separate freezer and dishwasher. The two completed bathroom, have a bidet; one of them also has a bathtub and the other, the washing machine. The first bedroom has two single beds and a window overlooking the pool. The other two bedrooms have a double bed each and exterior windows. They all have built in wardrobes. The main bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom, TV and safe. The third very bright bedroom, has direct access to the second and quiet terrace, with lovely sun during the afternoon-evening.

In the surroundings there are a wide variety of restaurants with all kinds of cuisine, both national and international, as well as supermarkets (Mercadona), shopping centers, banks, pharmacies, hairdressers, church, cinemas, bars, taxi ranks and buses and beaches. The warm and quiet Las Vistas beach is just 10 minutes walk from the apartment. No car needed. The Golden Mile is just 700 meters away.
