Welcome to Domaine Ferme de la Vergne., an elegant and carefully renovated reception cottage, located in the Gâtinais, close to Paris exit A19 Auxy / A77 Villemandeur, just 1 hour from Orléans and 20 minutes from Montargis, nicknamed the Venice of Gâtinais in reference to its 131 bridges and footbridges that connect the streets crossed by the Canal de Briare, the Loing and the Canal d'Orléans.

In the surrounding area, it is possible to visit: the Château de Bellegarde, the Javelière gardens, the archaeological site of Sceaux-du-Gâtinais...

The estate offers an ideal setting to recharge your batteries in the heart of the countryside, whether for moments with family, friends or colleagues. Perfect for hosting family events or professional meetings. On the ground floor: a beautiful living room with the dining room, the equipped kitchen, the lounge, a separate toilet and a wellness room with a spa.
On the 1st floor, a family room with a 140x190 cm double bed and two 90x200 cm single beds, a PRM accessible room (with elevator) with a 160x200 cm bed, three bedrooms each with a 160x200 cm double bed and a 90x200 cm single bed, on the mezzanine a table football and Juke Box. Each room has its own private bathroom with toilet.

Reception room is at your disposal (available from November 1, 2024) for weddings, birthdays, seminars, baptisms, family reunions, etc. which can accommodate up to 90 people with cloakroom, two toilets including one for PRM. Private parking that can accommodate approximately 30 vehicles.
The room (with tables and chairs) is included in the price for all weekend stays (Friday to Sunday) from November 1, 2024. For weekday stays, it must be added as an option.
