Cas Rellotger (the House of the Clockmaker) is a beautiful and newly renovated country house, located on the outskirts of lluchmayor. The house is ideal for families, as it has an outdoor children's play area and a swimming pool. Equipped with all comfort, the house has air conditioning (cold and hot) in all rooms. 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, both en suite. This house is ideal for families with young children. Cot and highchair available at no extra charge. It is a confortable house with large outdoor area. Outside there is a few features for children, such a playhouse and a slide. The whole property is fenced.

The property is located in a forest area, so it is NOT allowed to smoke in the gardens (it is possible to smoke in the porch area or terrace) barbecues are also not allowed, because of the fire risk they pose in the hottest months. This prohibition is given by the Balearic Government.

The house is self-powered by solar panels so there is NO cost of energy consumption for the guest.

Bachelor parties and / or celebrations are NOT allowed. The ecotax is not included in the price and will be charged at € 2.2 per adult and night (from May to October and 1,65€ the rest of the months).
