Description of the accommodation

Ca'n Climent is located in the center of LLuchmayor; It is a traditional Mallorcan house recently renovated with all comforts. It consists of 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 of them en suite. Air conditioning in the rooms on the top floor. 2 living rooms with TV in both. There is a 4th bedroom with a comfortable sofa bed for 1 extra person. Cot and child seat available upon request. There are 2 private solarium terraces, outdoor furniture, pool and sun loungers. In the kitchen there is a fireplace that can be used as a barbecue. WIFI 300MB simetrical and satellite TV. Ideal for families or groups of up to 8 adults. Parking for bicycles inside the house. Familiar.

Reservations of groups of young people under 21 will NOT be accepted. Bachelor parties and / or celebrations are NOT allowed. We invite our guests to make responsible use of electricity consumption, so the first 150kw / h consumed will be free. The excess of this consumption will be charged at € 0.15 per kw / h. The ecotax is not included in the price and will be charged at € 2.2 per adult and night (from May to October) and 1,65€ the rest of the year.

All our houses are disinfected following the Covid protocol prior to check in. Courtesy hydrogel available to our customers.

Very central location in Llucmajor. Fincas were very responsive and friendly. No issues with access etc. The kitchen lacked some items eg cafetière. The beds were not very comfortable.

Casa muy bien ubicada y muy tranquila. El piso de abajo es muy fresco en verano, en el de arriba hace calor pero se soluciona con el aire acondicionado. Los baños estan nuevos y la depuradora de la piscina funciona genial.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben und hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Die Kinder fanden den Pool Mega, unsere Tochter hat in den 17 Tagen die wir dort waren schwimmen gelernt :)))Durch die Lage mitten in der Stadt ist es natürlich nicht so ruhig, aber dafür hat man alles Fussnah. Nach 2 Minuten laufen ist man schon im Zentrum, mit vielen guten Restaurants.Beim Check-In und beheben kleinerer Mängeln gab es gar keine Probleme.
