Description of the accommodation

Villa Adam is a modern villa with a private pool and panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea. Villa Adam consists of two floors with an internal staircase, it has a maximum capacity of 11 people, it has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the ground floor we will find a living room with a large dining area, equipped with a billiard table and an American kitchen with everything you need to feel at home. The dining room has direct access to the terrace and the pool. Also on the ground floor we find a bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. On the upper floor, clients have 4 bedrooms, one of which is a suite with a bathroom with a bathtub, another bathroom with a shower and a play area for the little ones. The upper floor has a terrace to admire the fantastic views. Villa Adam has a large garden equipped with outdoor furniture, barbecue and the pool area has sun loungers to enjoy the sun. Villa Adam does not accept groups of young people, average age 25 years! This holiday home is very suitable for families or groups of friends due to its proximity to the center. Leaving the center of Lloret de Mar you will find directly the Roca Grossa mountains. It is at an ideal distance from Lloret de Mar, and it is a very quiet residential neighborhood. It has stunning views of the green mountains, Lloret de Mar and, obviously, the Mediterranean Sea. At the foot of the neighborhood of you will find a large supermarket and the atmosphere of the center of Lloret de Mar and the sandy beach, where there is always things to do. Barcelona (Airport): 120 km Girona (Airport): 35 km

positive comment: Logement tres bien situé dans quartier résidentiel sur les hauteurs de Lloret. Prestations de grande qualité. Attention toutefois au voisinage peu enclin à voir arriver des étrangers dans son quartier: le silence est roi! negative comment:

positive comment: Hemos pasado unos días con unos amigos en esta increíble casa y no nos ha hecho falta salir de ella por la infinidad de cosas que había para hacer, piscina, billar, futbolin,... Muy recomendable ya que es una casa estupenda y el trato por parte de la agencia es buenísimo y contestan rápido. negative comment:
