Beautiful modern villa with private pool and sea view located in a residential area 2 km from the center and the beach of Lloret de Mar, one of the most charming towns on the Costa Brava. This house is ideal to enjoy a family holiday on the Costa Brava!

Outdoor area with private swimming pool and jaccuzzi, a covered terrace where you can enjoy pleasant breakfasts and meals with oven and barbecue.
Interior area of 210m2 distributed in two floors. On the upper floor, at street level, we find 3 suites (double bed and bathroom with shower in each one), one of which has a terrace with sea views, 1 bedroom with a single bed; another full bathroom with shower.
On the lower floor we find another suite (double bed and shower) with access to the terrace; a spacious living-dining room with TV, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine).
