Description of the accommodation

Villa Majestic is a fantastic 2-storey villa located in the quiet urbanization
of Riviera, just 3.5 km from the famous Cala Canyelles beach. Villa Majestic is
a villa with a private pool, it has a spacious outdoor garden, incredible views
of the sea and a relaxation area with direct access from the living room. The
chalet is made up of two floors with an internal staircase. On the main floor
we find a room with a double bed, a complete bathroom, living room and dining
area with access to the terrace and a fully equipped kitchen. Upper floor is
made up of 1 suite with a double bed, 2 bedrooms each with two single beds, a
bathroom with shower and 1 bedroom with a double bed. Villa Majestic has a
private pool of 32 m² that is located at the back of the house and is accessed
by external stairs. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers, table and
chairs and also a barbecue. It is the most special area of the house with
incredible views of the sea and very good privacy. A few minutes by car you
have the town center, restaurants, shops and nightlife. Lloret de Mar is
located south of the Costa Brava, 60 km from Barcelona, its municipal area is
47 km2, it has five main beaches with a total of 7 km of coastline. The EEC has
awarded its beaches the Blue Flag, which is the distinction that guarantees an
optimal state both in quality of water and sand and in services. Lloret is
considered one of the towns with the most sports facilities and with a
commercial, recreational and gastronomic offer that, together with the hotel
infrastructure and apartments and houses, ranks first in number, variety and
quality of all the tourist areas in the country. Barcelona (Airport):120km
