The second level consists of 2 double bedrooms (with single beds), a spacious family room for four, bathroom and terrace overlooking the beach. Amenities: satellite TV, WI-FI, washing-machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave. It includes outdoor parking space. It has direct access to the beach. Capacity for 10 people. The spacious rooms, the complete equipment and its privileged location -away from the bustle in the centre and just 20m away from the beach-, make it a unique and ideal lodgement for a family or a group to experience an unforgettable holiday in the Costa Brava. We had a great and wonderful holiday in Llançà. Iris Ladero, our contact person from the local agency Finques Company, was super helpful and always very responsive. positive comment: Llanca est une ville tres agréable avec un sentier le long du littoral super sympa pour les balades et le footing matinale, et d une propreté ! Le logement les pieds dans l eau est génial et super bien conçu. Enfin le personnel de l agence à été super. beau séjour ! AIRBNB negative comment:

positive comment: L'équipe et la maison de location est très bien. Las sábanas y muebles estaban impecables - Estaba ordenado-El baño estaba reluciente La cocina estaba impecable - AIRBNB negative comment: Mais la partie base de la maison, soit trois chambres sont plutot humides. Sinon, le reste est très bien.
