This apartments with views to the Mediterranean sea has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and another with bunk bed), an independent kitchen, a dining-room, a bathroom with bath, terrace, parking place, air conditioning and a community barbecue. Pets allowed.

This seafront apartment is in Faner de Baix a quite zone at the outside of Llançà, a few minutes of the Cau del Llop beach, and a few minutes by car of the urban Port zone, where you will find the principal restaurants and shops, the Port and Gola beach, the beautiful zone of Sant Carles, the promenade and the marina port.

Llançà is a coast and familiar village, where you can do a lot of aquatic activities (Kayak, snorkel, sailing, fishing, windsurf, etc.) And mountain activities (hiking, the GR9, the Sant Jaume path, discover dolmens in the zone, visit the great monastery of Sant Pere de [hidden] little village it’s between the Cap de Creus and the Albera, near to the fishing villages of Port de la Selva, Cadaqués and Colera, where you can discover their history, their culture, their gastronomy and their magnificent landscapes of the Costa Brava.

Llançà it’s near Figueres, where you will find restaurants, shops and the incredible Dali’s museum. Also you can visit the rustic village of Perelada and they amazing Casino, and the little villages of the Alt Empordà whit their famous vineyards with [hidden] Empordà.
