This fantastic apartment it’s in the outside of Llançà a few meters of Les Tonyines et Farella beaches, and a five minutes of the port zone, where you will find the principal comerces and shops, the Port and Gola beach, the port marina, the promenade and other important see sights.
This ground floor has three rooms (two with a double bed each one and another one with two single beds), a living room with a dining zone, an independent kitchen a great terrace with sea views, a garden, a barbecue zone, an outdoor parking place and two bathrooms one with bath and the other one with shower. Totally equiped and furnished! Ideal for families! Pets not accepted.
