Marcel and Dominique welcome you to Sologne, in Ligny le Ribault (45240) in the Communs de Bon Hôtel. Enjoy the calm of this characterful property with its garden planted with oaks. The cottage is located 21 kilometers south of Orléans, between La Ferté-Saint-Aubin, Chambord, Beaugency, Meung-sur-Loire and Lamotte-Beuvron. Hike, bike, visit the castles or discover the different golf courses, you will be at the center of many possibilities. The Studio was restored in 2023, there is a shared insulated wall (overlooking the entrance hallway and the bathroom) with the Gîte la Longère. This single-storey studio with a surface area of 24 m² can accommodate 2 people. The establishment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. An open living room of 20 m² with a library at the entrance, a dining area and equipped kitchen, a lounge area and bedroom area with 1 bed of 160 cm. A bathroom with shower and toilet.
