At the gateway to the Châteaux of the Loire and the main vineyards of the region, the cottage is ideal for tourist stays. All shops on site.
Adapted for people with reduced mobility. Access to the cottage by a ramp. Single-storey cottage with living room, equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, kettle ...), dining area and lounge area with TV sofa bed for 2 people.
1 bedroom with 1 bed 140 and 1 small bedroom with 2 bunk beds width 90 (ideal for children but not for two adults).
1 bathroom equipped with accessibility with shower, sink, toilet.
Sheets provided.
Electric heating.
Rental of bathroom linen, complete kit per stay: € 10.
Cleaning fee in addition: € 50. Arrangements made for access for a person in a wheelchair.
A key box is available for entry to the accommodation, contact the owner.
