Ideally located between Châteauroux and the majestic Château de Valençay, our home is a perfect starting point for exploring the treasures of the region.

We also offer you an additional advantage: a games room dedicated to children, where they can have fun and entertain themselves in complete safety, in particular thanks to a billiards table that promises hours of entertainment for young and old. In this welcoming house, two steps lead you to the ground floor where you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with TV, a shower room and a separate toilet. Upstairs, two comfortable bedrooms, an additional lounge area and a bathroom with toilet. The cellar houses a games room with billiards and table football. A sofa in the living room or on the landing can be used as an extra bed. Enjoy a public garden opposite. Electric heating is charged according to consumption, parking is public and cleaning is included.
