Gîte in an old typical Avesnois farmhouse, adjoining the owners' home. Ground floor: an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, Senseo coffee maker, gas stove, fridge-freezer). WIFI (fiber).
Living room with living/dining room, 139cm TV, DVD player, decorative Godin fireplace. Two bedrooms, one with 2 90x200 beds (or 1 180x200 bed) and one with 1 90x200 bed. A bathroom with bathtub, shower screen and double sink, a separate toilet. Upstairs, two bedrooms each with a 180x200 bed, an office area for teleworking. Bed, chair, bath and baby equipment on request.
Outdoor laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Private courtyard not overlooked with barbecue. Private enclosed parking for 2 vehicles and motorcycle storage. Electric car charging station in the village 5 minutes by car and 20 minutes on foot.
