Ground floor in polished concrete: living-dining room with equipped kitchen and direct access to a beautiful wooden terrace. A bedroom with 2 twin beds 80 cm. A bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs: a bedroom with 2 twin beds 80 cm.
Heating by pellet stove with high autonomy. Possibility of additional sleeping in the living room or in the downstairs bedroom. Baby bed and high chair on request.

Possibility of last minute rental per night at the price of € 120.
Parking and common land on 2 hectares. 4 other lodgings on the land offering a total capacity of 20 to 25 people ((under the references: 21G902-21G903-21G904-21G905 and 21G306 for the whole).
Next to the lodgings, the old station serves as a reception point with WC, shared laundry room (washing machine and dryer) and caretaker's accommodation upstairs. Basketball hoop and volleyball net on site. PLEASE NOTE THE GITES DE LA GARE DE LEUGLAY DO NOT HAVE THE TOURISM AND DISABILITY LABEL.

The common room (equipped with a kitchen area with oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge and microwave) is made available free of charge to tenants from 4 lodgings booked simultaneously (except for a mandatory cleaning fee of €60). For the reservation of 3 lodgings, this room is made available with a supplement of 100€.

Charges and supplements: End of stay cleaning fee: 50 €. Sheets: 7 € for a single bed and 14 € for a double bed. Bathroom linen: 5 € for the stay per person. Pellet heating daily fee of 8 € per day depending on the period. Pet supplement: 10 € per day (1 pet max).
