Welcome to Lesperon, a village in the heart of the forest, in this small house clad in wood on the edge of a small stream. The vast grounds will be the starting point for your walks to discover the Landes forest. You can even go and get your bread on foot or by bike. And for lovers of sun, sand and waves, the beach is less than half an hour away. Independent gîte with living room offering:
Living room with kitchenette, bathroom communicating with the bedrooms, 2 bedrooms (2 single beds, 1 double bed). Separate toilet. Equipment: Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, television, telephone with limited service, freezer. Electric heating.
Baby mat on request: high chair and travel cot. Garden furniture, unfenced grounds, courtyard. 1000 m² of land. Private parking. Pond opposite the gîte (fenced). Gîte surrounded by hedges. Nearest neighbour 50 m away. Road nearby.

The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas burners). The excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
