Central heating. Private land of 1,200 m². Room for bicycles, fishing and wood. The owner has preserved the character of the house (ornamental fireplace, local stone, etc.) and its landscape integration, in a wooded region, with numerous bodies of water nearby. This old barn renovated into a gîte has a lot of character (stone vaults, wood, etc.) and offers a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. Discovery walks offered free of charge from the gîte.
