Nestled on the seventh floor of a quiet residence with elevator, it offers a peaceful setting for a rejuvenating vacation.

As soon as you enter, you will discover a functional and welcoming space. The equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare your meals with ease before enjoying them on the balcony in the open air. The bright living room has a 130 sofa bed and leads to a cozy bedroom, separated by a blind, with a 140 bed for restful nights. A bathroom with WC completes this pleasant and well-appointed accommodation.

For a stress-free stay, the apartment is equipped with everything you need: refrigerator, four-burner gas hob, electric oven, microwave, washing machine and television. A private covered parking is at your disposal as well as a shared bicycle storage room, ideal for exploring the surroundings in complete freedom.

To make your stay even more enjoyable, you have the option of subscribing to additional services, such as end-of-stay cleaning (€50 + €1 per m²), linen rental (€18 per pair of sheets and €10 per person for towels) and WiFi box rental (€39 per week). nous avons été bien acceuilli avec toutes les informations nécessaire. le logement est très agréable: lumineux, il y a tout ce qu'il faut et bien placé. il est pas loin du lac de Tanchet et de la plage.

Bon séjour dans cette location où rien ne manque (en ustensiles et appareils ménagers ) jolie déco et belle vue ( 7ème étage..!! ) mais vu le prix, l'absence de connexion internet est un peu limite..!! et sérieux problème de places de parking car les résidents locaux ne respectent aucunement les emplacements attribués aux locations saisonnières en se garant sciemment en travers, à cheval sur deux places .. etc !! un mépris évident... seules déceptions...
