Apartment enjoying a beautiful open view with a glimpse of the sea and a view of the pine forest. Pleasant with its equipped loggia, this rental, on the 3rd floor with lift, is located 400 meters from the beach and 1400 meters from the shops of the small town of La Pironnière. The apartment consists of an entrance with cupboard, a kitchen, a living room with a 160 BZ sofa bed and a bedroom with 1 140 bed - Bathroom and separate WC.
Equipment: Fridge, 3 gas burners + 1 electric plate, Electric oven, Microwave, Washing machine, dishwasher, TV. Equipped loggia. One pet allowed- Possibility of end-of-stay cleaning (€50 + €1 per m²), linen rental (pair of sheets €18 and towels €10/pers) and WiFi box rental (€39/week). A cleaning deposit may be required. Arrivée et départ se sont faits sans problème. Très bon accueil de l'agence. L'appartement est très agréable, spacieux pour un deux pièces et très lumineux. Possibilité de manger dans la cuisine. La rue n'est pas passante et donc très calme. Petite vue sur la mer très appréciable. Rien à redire, nous avons passé une très bonne semaine.

Location au Sable d'olonnes, l'agence a attendu même après l'heure de fermeture que nous arrivions car nous étions en retard, très compréhensible, seul problème, l'isolation phonique du logement car nous entendions énormément les voisins
