Ideally located a few steps from the large sandy beach of Les Sables d'Olonne, this bright and comfortable apartment welcomes you in a high-end residence. Just 300 meters from the shops and the city center, it allows you to fully enjoy your stay by the sea, while benefiting from a peaceful and pleasant setting.

Located on the third floor with elevator, this well-appointed apartment has an equipped balcony, ideal for enjoying a sunny breakfast or relaxing after a day at the beach. It includes an entrance with closet, a friendly living room with a functional and fully equipped kitchenette, as well as a 130 sofa bed. The night area consists of two beautiful bedrooms, each equipped with a 160 bed for optimal comfort. A bathroom and separate toilet complete the set.

To make your stay even more enjoyable, the apartment is equipped with many modern amenities, including a refrigerator, four electric hotplates, an oven, a microwave, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a television with DVD player and WiFi access. A shared bicycle storage room is also at your disposal. A private garage reserved in the basement of the residence ensures secure parking, a real asset in high season.
