Small recently renovated apartment, located at the entrance to the typical district of La Chaume and close to the marina (50 m), shops and restaurants (500 m). 400 meters from the smuggler for access to the main beach, this rental is ideal for reaching the city center without taking the car! On the 1st floor without lift, this accommodation includes an entrance with cupboard, a living room with fitted kitchen area (a 130 rapido sofa), a bedroom with a 160 bed, a shower room, separate WC and a private parking space on court.
EQUIPMENT: Fridge-freezer, 2 hotplates, combined oven-microwave, TV, parking. Pets not allowed - Possibility of end-of-stay cleaning (€50 + €1 per m²), linen rental (pair of sheets €18 and towel €10/pers) and WiFi box rental (€39/week). A cleaning deposit may be required. Bonjour, Nous comprenons votre déception et sommes navré que le logement n'ait pas su répondre à vos attentes. Cependant et après vérification, il n'a jamais été indiqué "face mer" sur le descriptif de la location puisque cette location ne propose pas la vue mer et se trouve uniquement à proximité du chenal. Bonne expérience. Ces quatre semaines m'ont paru passer comme un éclair.

Aucun défaut majeur à relever, accueil sympatique, appartement confortable et fonctionnel - d'une utilisation facile dès qu'on en a compris les caractéristiques essentielles. Et comment ne pas se laisser charmer par la douceur de l'endroit ( ah, les Sables d'Olonne ... ) ?
