The apartment is on the 2nd floor with elevator and garage in the basement of the residence. The apartment includes an entrance, a living room with a 140x190 sofa bed with duvet and a television. the living room opens onto the kitchen including a refrigerator, a freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, an oven, an induction hob and a hood. the living room has a balcony with its furniture. the apartment has a separate water closet, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, a bedroom with a 160x200 bed and [hidden] APPA409
To be paid upon arrival: tourist tax and deposit by credit card or bank check as well as a cleaning deposit of €105.
Optional services:
- End of stay cleaning on request: €105 (subject to availability).
- Baby bed and booster seat: €20/week depending on availability.

Appartement impeccable, très fonctionnelle avec un plus, un parking en sous sol. A 2 pas du remblai et des commerces.Nous le recommandons volontiers.
