Charming furnished tourist house 3 stars type 5 with an area of 106 m², rue des corderies, a few steps from the Ocean.
The house is located less than 50 meters from the sea and close to the shopping center of Les Sables d'Olonne. Ideally located for a family vacation.
The house is on three levels.
This accommodation includes: an entrance, a fitted kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, refrigerator) opening onto a courtyard equipped with garden furniture. The night area consists of two shower rooms, separate toilets and 4 bedrooms and a small office.
