The 1st floor includes a fitted kitchen equipped with a fridge-freezer, a ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher opening onto the dining room-living room. which includes a TV and a small balcony overlooking the street. The 1st floor also includes a separate living room with a TV
