Atémisse is a beautiful independent house in the traditional style, recently renovated in a contemporary way, located between the sea and the marshes, 30 m from the sea (beach in its natural state - swimming possible only at high tide) and 300 m from the station and shops/restaurants.
Private parking in the property (2 vehicles). Enclosed garden of 570 m² with 2 wooden terraces facing south/east. Outdoor room for bicycles available.
Ground floor: bright living room/living room (pellet stove) with open kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1: round bedroom accessible by 1 step with 140x190 bed, 2: 2 twin 70x190 beds, 3: master bedroom with 140x190 bed and shower room/ adjoining private toilets), bathroom (bath/shower with door) and separate toilet.
Attic mezzanine above the living room with study (accessible by Japanese staircase).
Floor in a tower: relaxation lounge with adjoining terrace and sea view.
Additional equipment: wifi, Bluetooth speaker, baby bed/chair/bath.
Included: electricity, electric heating and wood.
Not included: sheets, towels and tourist tax. Compulsory cleaning fee if animals (80€).

Valió la pena. Lo único raro es que no incluye sábanas y toallas en el precio y la limpieza final que en general siempre está incluido eso en Airbnb. El resto impecable. La casa súper.
