18th century character home, located near a farm and the owner's home, renovated in 2019 and divided into 3 gîtes, with shared indoor swimming pool (7x7m) and relaxation area with deckchairs. The Porthos gîte has a capacity of 6 people. Ground floor: living room/lounge/kitchen, a toilet, a bedroom (1 bed 180x190) (decorative fireplace) with private shower room. Upstairs, you will have 2 bedrooms (4 twin beds 90), a toilet, a shower room (access by a step) communicating between the 2 bedrooms. Wifi. Outside, you can enjoy a private terrace with garden furniture, as well as a shared plot of approximately 7000m². A common recreation room is available with billiards and darts. Possibility of access to the laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Gas heating included. Sheets and towels provided.
