The Aramis gîte, adjoining the owner's accommodation, has a capacity of 10 people. Ground floor: large entrance with step serving living room/lounge/kitchen (decorative fireplace), a toilet, a bedroom (1 bed 180x190) (decorative fireplace) with separate toilet and private shower room. Upstairs, you will have 4 bedrooms (1 bed 180x190) (3 with 6 twin beds 90), a shower room with toilet, a bathroom (bath and shower) with toilet communicating between two bedrooms and an office space. Wifi. Outside, you can enjoy a private terrace with garden furniture and shade sail, as well as a shared plot of approximately 7000m². A common recreation room is available with billiards and darts. Possibility of access to the laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Gas heating included. Sheets and towels provided.
Optional: End of stay cleaning: €180/stay.
