Between Loire and vineyards, 20 minutes from Angers city center, treat yourself to the "Douce Heure Angevine" in this modern gîte near Angers with heated swimming pool and spa. Ideally located for exploring the treasures of the region: the vineyards, the villages on the banks of the Loire, the Château de Brissac 10 minutes away, the city of Angers and the Terra Botanica plant park, the troglodytes and Saumur 40 minutes away. The cottage is located 200m from the Angers golf course.

Hiking enthusiasts, you can take a walking path from the gîte to the Loire, or stroll through the wine-growing landscapes (interpretation trail "the vine over time" discover the secrets of the vine), the Parc des Garennes and the banks of the Loire. Don't miss the summer taverns for a meal by the water.

Entirely on one level, the cottage opens onto the 16m² living room: lounge area with television, convertible sofa (extra bed possible 140x190cm on request) and completely new and equipped kitchen (induction hob, filter coffee makers or pods according to your preferences, kettle, microwave/grill, small refrigerator, washing machine... - no oven or dishwasher). With direct access to the private terrace, the 13m² bedroom has a 160x200cm double bed and large dressing room. Shower room (sink, vanity unit, hairdryer) and WC.

Outside, you will enjoy a private wooden terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and relaxation area. You can also enjoy the owners' garden (access to swimming pool, spa, hammocks, swing, slide and trampoline).
