Agence sympa.. mais:- j ai eu les clés après 17h le samedi - le samedi du départ, j avais demandé à partir à midi car mon train était dans l après midi mais l agence a refusé et proposé 30 mn de plus Max (de 10 h a 10h30). Nos amis avec autre agence ont obtenu midi …

We had another wonderful week in Arc 1950. A great ski resort for families and ski in ski out. Apartment was just as described, a good size living area and 2 good size bedrooms. Bathrooms are a little dated compared to the rest of the apartment and we had a small issue with the shower draining properly. Interaction with the onsite agent, Cimalpes, was impeccable and the fine touches of gifts for us and the children was lovely. We would definitely come back!
