This air-conditioned holiday home offers you comfort and calm on any occasion.
In a quiet forest setting and with a private enclosed garden of 500m². Adjoining another gite, it consists of a living room:
with equipped kitchen,
2 bedrooms (2 140 cm beds), a bathroom, a pantry, a separate toilet. Non-smoking gîte. Equipment: Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fridge-freezer combination, TV, wifi, microwave. Reversible climate control. Linens provided. Services Optional bathroom and household linen. Private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Bikes available (3 adults, 1 teenager and 1 child). Chickens, roosters and pigeons next to the cottage. Next to the cottage, production and sale of organic products. Second animal subject to owner agreement, if agreement a supplement of €100/week will be charged.

The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for the kitchen (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). The excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
