We welcome you to Léon, a small, dynamic village on the Tours route of the Chemins de Saint Jacques de Compostelle, with its lake, the Courant d'Huchet nature reserve and the many activities offered throughout the year. Here, you have a private heated swimming pool from 01/06 (depending on the weather) to 30/09 (9.5m x 4m, secured by a cover and an alarm), a large private garden with terrace, garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue. This independent house is bright and spacious. It can accommodate up to 12 people. It is composed of: on the ground floor, a living room with lounge (TV, insert, WIFI) and dining area, a fitted kitchen (dishwasher, 4 gas hobs, electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, extractor hood), a master suite with 1 bedroom (1 160 bed) and its private bathroom (bath), a shower room (shower), a toilet. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms (1 160 bed, 2 140 beds, 4 90 beds including 2 bunk beds and 2 pull-out beds - the bunk beds are not suitable for adults), a shower room with toilet. Baby equipment (bed and high chair) can be requested. This rental is not suitable for 12 adults. For your comfort, this rental is suitable for a maximum of 8 adults and 4 children in the bunk beds. PLEASE BRING BED AND BATH LINEN. We invite you to present to the owner a certificate of rental civil liability upon your arrival. Charging station for electric and hybrid vehicles 300 m away at Place l'Abbé Dulong (next to the town hall).

The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas burners). The excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
