You will be charmed by this old independent dovecote on the ground floor and first floor, living room, corner sofa with chaise longue, kitchen area, shower room, 3 bedrooms including 1 upstairs (2 double beds, 2 single beds). Equipment: Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, insert (wood not provided), electric heating, TV, laptop. Sheets, household & bathroom linen provided for weekend rentals, [hidden] 2 nights maximum. Cleaning option possible at an additional cost. WIFI. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. 10,000 m² enclosed land shared by owners and 2 gites, with private area, not overlooked. Route du Lac running along the land. MANDATORY all invitations of people during the stay, must be the subject of a request for authorization from the owner Beyond one animal contact us, if agreement 30 € per week per additional animal. Animals must be kept on a leash on the property. ARRIVAL AFTER 6 PM EXCLUDED AND DEPARTURE MANDATORY 10 AM

The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas burners). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
The price does not include: Wood is not provided by the owner. The tenant can bring some or buy some at the local Carrefour Market.
